|The three-part Inquirers’ Class is designed for those who would like to know more about the Presbyterian Church (USA) and about the ministries and missions of the Old Presbyterian Meeting House. Those wishing to join the church may do so at the last class.
Topics covered include the basic beliefs and organization of the Presbyterian Church (USA) and the opportunities for involvement at the Meeting House. The final gathering is for those who are ready to be received into membership and includes an opportunity to meet with our Session (the church’s governing body), as well as some informal time for conversation and orientation to the church.
Classes meet from 9:30–10:40 a.m. in Fellowship Hall, the lowest level of the Education building (behind the church opposite the play yard). Childcare for infants and toddlers, and Sunday School for older children is available in the Education building.
Walk-ins are always welcome, but an RSVP helps us plan accordingly. To RSVP, please fill out the form below or contact the Meeting House office (firstname.lastname@example.org, 703-549-6670).
