Scottish Walk Parade

Scottish Walk Parade

11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Corner of S. St. Asaph and Wolfe Sts.

For the first time, Meeting House members are marching in the annual Scottish Walk Parade as a group—old, young, families with children, and even the family dog! To those who want to march with us, please bring candy to hand out during the parade.

From the sponsoring Campagna Center:

Enjoy marching units filled with the magnificent tartans of Scottish Clans, the stirring sound of Scottish bagpipes and drums, Scottish dancers, reenactment groups, Scottie dogs, dignitaries, classic cars, Santa Claus, and much more. The parade begins at St. Asaph and Wolfe Streets and concludes at Market Square with a massed band concert. The parade will take place rain or shine.

Participating in the parade is another way the Meeting House and its members can share the deep roots in this community and the message of welcome to all who wish to worship with us.
