Church Business Administrator

PURPOSE:  

The Church Business Administrator (CBA) is a full-time position with responsibility for supporting the ministry of The Old Presbyterian Meeting House by providing oversight and direction to the management of the historical grounds and buildings, financial affairs, administrative support staff and administrative operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must have bachelor’s degree in business administration or related experience and training

2. Must be team builder with strong leadership, management and organizational skills

3. Must have a passion for providing excellent customer service

4. Must be detail oriented, and able to manage numerous activities concurrently

5. Must be strong in verbal communication and writing

6. Must have high integrity and ethical standards

7. Must be respectful and supportive of the church and its mission.

8. Must desire to seek creative ways to improve efficiency of church operations

9. Must have proficiency with software applications and familiarity with database software
