CALLED MEETING OF SESSION
OLD PRESBYTERIAN MEETING HOUSE
October 7, 2007
The meeting was called to order with prayer by the Moderator, the Rev. Dr. Robert R. Laha in Fellowship Hall at 10:30 am. The purpose of the meeting was to receive new members. Dr. Laha noted that a quorum for purposes of receiving new members was present. Also present was the Rev. Ann Herlin. Elder Beth Sanderson was appointed acting clerk for the meeting in the absence of the Clerk of Session.
Roll was taken:
MEMBERS OF SESSION PRESENT: David Anderson, Dona DeLeon, Cynthia Douglass, James Foley, Christine Heiby, Richard Johnson, Jeffrey Lenn and Beth Sanderson.
MEMBERS OF SESSION EXCUSED: C. L. Bearman, Rebecca Bostick, Ed Cassidy, Lee Dorman, Tom Downey, Douglas Feaver, Denise Ferguson, Peggy Jeens, Eric Johnson, Kem Toole Johnson, Carole Kordich, Joseph McCoy, Robert Neitz, Cary Pugh, Lawrence Rood.

Dr. Laha introduced the prospective new members. It was then moved, seconded and approved unanimously to receive the following persons as members:
