For children ages 3 years (by January 31, 2010)
through rising 5th Graders
ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY July 18, 2010

Registration fee is $60 per child, with a family maximum of $140.00. Scholarship funds are available. [$10.00 discount per child if parent is volunteering at least three days]
To register your child(ren) complete and return one form per child with cash or check made payable to Old Presbyterian Meeting House, 323 South Fairfax Street, Alexandria, VA 22314 [please provide all information—incomplete forms will be returned]
